Applications Open for Our Summer 2026 HS Student Internship

Spread the Word to Teaneck's Young People!


This summer's Exploring Careers in Aging internship program will run from July 6 to July 31. The deadline to apply for this paid opportunity is April 20.


Four students will be chosen. Applicants must live in Teaneck and be enrolled as a rising junior or senior in an area high school.

Project Best

A Program of the Commission for the Blind and Visually Impaired


The Project BEST (Better Eye-Health Services and Treatment) program works to save sight and restore vision whenever it is medically possible. Services include: mobile eye examination unit; monthly or semi-monthly eye screenings at 28 sites all over the state; on-site screening at institutions and in communities; special diabetic detection and awareness programs; and other specialized eye screening programs
