Opportunities
Do you have used soccer equipment?
U9 Penn Legacy coach, Josiah Groff, and his wife will be moving down to Juarez, Mexico on May 1st to help begin a soccer outreach to the children of the city. Juarez is an impoverished area with a huge influence from drug cartels on the youth. Josiah's goal is to use soccer to be a positive influence on the children of the city. Most of these kids are too poor to own their own cleats and soccer gear. Penn Legacy is collecting lightly used cleats or apparel, from youth to adult sizes, for this cause. If you would like to participate, please drop off items at the Penn Legacy office or stay tuned for announcements about collection days at practice. Questions? Please email Josiah.
