New Resources Available to Determine Eligibility for CARES Act Eviction Protections
During these unprecedented times, the National Housing Prevention Database (NHPD) developed a comprehensive resource webpage to help you know whether a property may be covered by the federal eviction moratoriums through the CARES Act.

Whether you are an advocate, legal aid provider, or resident, these resources will help you confirm eligibility for CARES Act protections and offer you tools to locate social services across communities.

Please note that the NHPD does not include all housing programs eligible for federal eviction protection through the CARES Act. More specifically, they do not list properties with mortgages held by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Their resource webpage, however, includes links to other tools that provide information on housing programs not included in the NHPD.

For updated information please visit the NHPD resource webpage.
