NEW SERMON SERIES
The Neighbor Next Door
What if when Jesus said to love our neighbors as ourselves, he meant to love our ACTUAL, next-door neighbors? To love people who live in the doors closest to us in addition to those who live beyond our streets and cul-de-sacs? Starting this Sunday, we will be embarking on a 6-week sermon series exploring the act of intentional neighboring with those who live closest to us as part of our call to love our neighbors and work to build compassionate communities.
HOSTING FAMILY PROMISE
We will be hosting three families; a total of 15 individuals – six adults and nine children the week of May 2. The children range in age from 7 months to 14 years. Donations may be made to Family Promise on the church’s website under “Give” or food donations may be brought to the kitchen door drive thru style this Sunday, May 2, from 1-3 p.m. View the signup HERE!
GATHER US IN
As we approach the time of slowly emerging from this pandemic and begin to make plans to return to some in-person church we want to invite Everyone in Dayspring to attend one online Gathering Group meeting in the month of May. We will join in small groups to listen and share.

Some thoughts to ponder:
What was my greatest joy or sorrow in the past year?
How am I different? Spiritually, emotionally, worldly?
What would I change if I could?
What have I learned about myself, my life?
What role has Dayspring played for me?
What might I be able to do now? For Dayspring, for the Community

Mark your calendar to join one time in one of the many small group sessions offered through the month of May:
Monday – 10:00 or 1:00 (May 3,10,17 or 24)
Tuesday – 7:00 PM (May 4,18 or 25, *not 11)
Thursday – 10:00 or 1:00 (May 6,13,20 or 27)
Sunday – 5:00 - only May 16 & 25

Please email the church office for the Zoom link.
HELP US RETURN TO IN-PERSON SERVICES

Early Birds are needed to welcome, check-in and seat members, and clean up after services. Instructions will be provided. Thanks in advance for assisting!
