ACS Technologies recently recorded a video with ideas for you to follow up with your Lenten and Easter guests using the custom plot features of MissionInsite.


In this session, you will learn some applications for following up with your Lenten and Easter guests, using advanced tools of MissionInsite. With summer outreach opportunities coming soon, custom plotting and Neighbor Center can offer important insights to guide your approach. Explore new ways to help guests make genuine and lasting connections with your congregation by considering their proximity to one another.

Ballot and Voting

Information

 

The Nominating Committee Ballot will be sent through Constant Contact to those who are eligible to vote. This ballot will also include a link to view the Nominating Committee report and Biographies for those on the ballot.

 

This ballot will be sent out on Monday, April 8 via newsletter. Those eligible to vote will have until Monday, April 15 to vote. After that date, the voting will be closed and the results will be announced during the April 20 Leadership Summit.

 

Those with the highest number of votes will be elected (a majority will not be needed).  In the event of a tie, the Gateway Conference Board of Administration will determine who will serve. Biographies for candidates and a copy of the Nominating Committee Report are available at:

Service Awards will be given during the Dinner at Leadership Summit. According to our information, the following people will be receiving service awards:

Service awards are given for years of appointed service in a Free Methodist Church or Free Methodist Institution and are given in increments of 5 years. If you are eligible for an award and do not see your name on the list, please respond to gatewayfmcusa@gmail.com by Tuesday, April 16.

Childcare Reimbursement for Pastors


Childcare will not be provided during Leadership Summit. Pastors with young children who have childcare provided at home during Leadership Summit can ask to be reimbursed for this expense.

 

Requests for reimbursement can be sent to: gatewayfmcusa@gmail.com. Please remember to specify the amount that you paid for reimbursement.
