2018 Mediation Clinics @ Community Boards
Feedback: Intent, Impact, and Best Practices

In this interactive clinic, we'll discuss the process of feedback, both as a receiver and a giver. Each registrant is asked to come to the clinic with an example of when feedback worked, when it didn't, and some feedback that you'd like to give someone.

You'll gain practical skills to make giving and receiving feedback more effective, as well as the ability to share your knowledge with others.

From Karen's clinic, you will gain a better understanding of:
  • The positive aspects of feedback
  • Feedback as verbal and non-verbal
  • Goals of feedback
  • The challenges
  • Best practices
