Dear Church Family,

What a blessing it is to be your Pastor! I am so very grateful to the Lord for leading me to FBCA and I look forward to a time of rich blessings for all of us in the years ahead. I want to also take this opportunity to thank all of those who have helped make me and my family feel so welcome. From loaves of bread and welcome baskets, to putting together office furniture, to helping us with the move in a variety of ways. You all have made us feel loved and appreciated and it has touched us all deeply. THANK YOU!

Resurrection Sunday is at the very heart of who we are as believers. The Apostle Paul wrote that if there is no Resurrection, then our faith is for nothing! As we gather for worship this Sunday, my prayer is that we come with expectant hearts – not only for what we might experience this Sunday, but for the eternal blessings that await us in the new Heaven and Earth that await us at the return of our King and the Resurrection of the Saints.

Also, remember that many people who may not come to church regularly or even give it a second thought, may be contemplating such matters as Easter approaches. Take a chance and invite someone to come with you.

Finally, be certain to greet everyone you see on Sunday! While greeters are an important part of what we do and they do their job well, when members who don’t “have to” greet you do so, it makes a big impression on guests.

He is Risen!

We look forward to seeing you Easter Sunday! We are hosting a Breakfast Potluck for everyone to gather together before Sunday School. Milk and juice will be provided, and we invite you to bring your favorite breakfast dish to share. We look forward to seeing you there!

Dear Church Family,

Bev and I want to thank y’all for the privilege & honor of serving at FBCA for the last year and a half. You warmly embraced us from the start and made us feel right at home. It was a joy to share with you in the ministries of the Church and see the hand of God do so many wonderful things to build up the Body. Thank you, as well, for the wonderful luncheon, kind words, and amazing love gifts. Bev and I are so thankful to the Lord for bringing Brother Tim to serve as your new full-time Pastor. I am confident that with his leadership FBCA will continue to grow, and with God’s help, seize Angleton for the Gospel. We love you and look forward to seeing you again sometime in the future.

We’re excited to be heading to Camp His Way in Zavalla, TX this summer! Kids will enjoy an unforgettable few days filled with outdoor fun!

When: June 29 – July 1

Who: Kids ages 6–12

Cost: $195

Deposit: $50 due at registration

Registration closes March 29th and spots are limited!
