In 2011, Elizabeth Almeida leased a plot of land in Massachusetts & started farming vegetables. She loved farming, feeding people, being her own boss & having the flexibility to look after her two kids while doing something she loved. But when she wanted to scale up, the cost of land was prohibitive. One day she bought her son a grow-your-own mushroom kit. While looking at the kit, she had an

Bull Run recipes! We are delighted that Elizabeth discovered Bull Run - first as a customer and shortly after, becoming a preferred vendor. So why is it called Fat Moon? Elizabeth's small son, upon seeing his first full moon, pointed up saying: "Hey! Look at that fat moon!"

It was a busy Saturday night. A large table sat in the Dining Room, their conversation alternating with peels of laughter & moments of storytelling, all centered on one lovely white-haired woman.

Your Innkeeper wondered what happy occasion brought them to Bull Run. Toward the end of the evening the family stood, carefully helping the eldest member of their merry troupe as she navigated her walker across our floor.

"Looks like quite a celebration" said your Innkeeper.

"That's right!" came the feisty response. "I'm Marie, from Lowell, born Easter Sunday, 1926!"

HUZZAH!

Upstairs in our Ballroom above the Tavern, another raucous birthday celebration - this one for Larry Hill.

Larry is known for enjoying the comfort of his bathrobe around the house. In honor of this, invitees all wore bathrobes to the festivities, which included passed hors d'oeuvres, open bar & a sit down dinner followed by cupcakes, hilarious speeches & presentations. And the Egopantis smiled.
