"Inspiring students to love God, their Catholic faith and learning"

We would like to extend our heartfelt best wishes to Miss Gramlich as she embarks on an exciting new journey to pursue a position in advertising and theology. Miss Gramlich's contributions to our team have been invaluable, and we will miss her presence.

In light of her departure, Mrs. Zumwalt will be returning to fourth grade.

Additionally, as we continue to grow and evolve, we are actively seeking passionate individuals to join our team. We are currently hiring for positions in third grade and sixth grade. If you or someone you know is interested in making a positive impact in the lives of our students, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Please note that on April 8th the school will be dismissing early at 12:00 PM to allow families time to experience the eclipse together. We hope this early dismissal provides you with an opportunity to share in this natural wonder with your loved ones. Thank you for your continued support and partnership in nurturing the spiritual growth of our students.

Meet Our Staff

Hello! My name is Kate Zumwalt. This is my 8th year teaching! I have previously taught preschool, 1st, and 4th grades. This year I am teaching 6th grade English and Social Studies!

I was born and raised here in Jefferson City. I attended St. Joseph Cathedral School, Helias Catholic High School, and Lincoln University where I received a Bachelor Degree in Elementary Education. I am currently working on my Masters Degree in Special Education and Administration.

I married my husband, Taylor in 2017 and we have a 5 yr old daughter named Charley and a 2 yr old son named Cooper. They sure keep me busy, but in my free time I enjoy reading, fishing, going on walks, and just spending time with family and friends! I absolutely love the beach and always enjoy a good cup of coffee!
