EXECUTIVE SESSION

The board did not convene into executive session.

ACTION ITEM

A. The board approved the cancellation of the real property agreement with Premium Land dated May 2, 2024. The cancelation was due to challenges with easements.

B. The board approved the acquisition of real property located at the Southwest corner of Sara Road and 164th. This will be the location of the new elementary school.
