Get Your Membership Fix...
Our April membership meeting was hosted by Charlie Chandler, Grand Secretary of the Eastern Star, and Larry J. von Weigel, Events Coordinator for The Perry Belmont House. Larry treated us to a history of the building and its décor. We then heard from Paul Smith, the DC Taxpayer Advocate, who told us how his office could help with complex tax matters. Several DCCA members were happy to get some timely news they could use. The nomination slate was presented, and refreshments were enjoyed in the Gold Room.
May 1st is our annual meeting and will feature Councilmember Brooke Pinto for her annual discussion with DCCA, Election of the new Board of Directors, and the annual report from the Board.
Not yet a DCCA member? Well, what in the name of Dupont are you waiting for!? New memberships start at just $15. Click here to join or renew online or download the form to renew by mail.
