Strategic Plan Update

Amanda Sink, Project Delivery/Grants Manager, NVTA, presented an overview of the 2025 Five-Year Strategic Plan Update. Authority members reviewed the draft Vision and Goals as part of the Plan Update process and provided feedback. In May, the Authority will have the opportunity to review and formally adopt the updated Vision and Goals.

The 2025 Five-Year Strategic Plan will update and identify:

  • Vision
  • Goals to accomplish within five years
  • Strategies to accomplish the outlined Goals
  • Metrics to measure progress toward accomplishing the Strategies and Goals

The 2025 Five-Year Strategic Plan will set the framework for the next five years (2025-2030). The overarching strategy will be to maintain and enhance performance for NVTA’s primary responsibilities, while addressing other urgent and unmet regional transportation needs.

Opening projects = keeping the region moving.

Project delivery is key to bringing the vision to reality.

Ribbon cuttings mean we are opening projects — providing the community with multimodal travel options, reducing congestion, and moving the region faster and more efficiently!
