As we step into April, I can’t help but reflect on the energy of this season—growth, renewal, and fresh opportunity.
Spring has always been one of the most exciting times in the wedding industry. Our calendars are filling, creativity is flowing, and we are reminded why we chose this incredible profession. But alongside the beauty and excitement, April is also a time to pause and ask ourselves an important question:
Am I growing with intention?
At the Association of Bridal Consultants, we believe growth doesn’t happen by accident—it happens through education, community, and taking action. Over the past few months, I’ve had the privilege of speaking with so many of our members, and one thing continues to stand out: those who are actively engaging—attending webinars, working through their points grid, stepping into travel, or simply showing up—are the ones seeing real transformation in their businesses.
This month, I encourage you to lean in.
Join us for our Wedding Wednesday webinars.
Reconnect with your local chapter or networking group.
Take one step forward on your designation journey.
Explore new revenue streams like travel or teaching.
You don’t have to do everything—but you do have to do something.
We are also continuing to build momentum toward our upcoming World of Weddings Conference, and I cannot tell you how excited I am about what’s ahead. This event is more than education—it’s a connection, inspiration, and a reminder that you are not alone in this journey.
And finally, I want to remind you of something we’ve been talking about more and more lately—the power of how we show up for our clients. As you move through this busy season, remember that what we do goes far beyond logistics. We are guiding people through one of the most meaningful moments of their lives. Leading with empathy, professionalism, and intention will always set you apart.
Thank you for being part of this community. Thank you for your dedication to your craft, your clients, and to elevating our industry.
Let’s make April a month of action, growth, and purpose.
