HealthPassport FAQ’s

  1. How do I access HealthPassport?

Log in to www.careatc.com/patients or the CareATC Mobile App and click on the HealthPassport icon to get started.

First time user? Select “New Here? Activate your account!” and follow the prompt to verify your identity and set up your account.

If you have trouble registering, or logging into the Patient Portal or Mobile app, you can call the Patient Access Center at 800.993.8244

  1. Why use HealthPassport?
  • Monitor incentive earnings.
  • Find wellness topics & activities (Participate in Monthly and Annual Challenges).
  • Enter fitness data.
  • Track your progress.

  1. How do I track my steps and exercise?

Sync your device to HealthPassport by following the instructions on the right.

How to sync your device:

  • From the Patient Portal homepage select HealthPassport.
  • Select Connect Health & Fitness Devices.
  • Select the compatible device you wish to connect and give permission to share your step data.

Allow 15 minutes after initial sync for your data to appear.

  • Use the Contact Us page for any questions.

Your copy should address 3 key questions: Who am I writing for (audience)? Why should they care (benefit)? What do I want them to do (call-to-action)?

Create a great offer by adding words like "free," "personalized," "complimentary," or "customized." A sense of urgency often helps readers take action, so consider inserting phrases like "for a limited time only" or "only 7 remaining!"

Get Help & Support

If you’re in emotional distress or suicidal crisis, find help in your area.

If it’s an emergency, call 911. You can also go to your nearest emergency room. A medical professional can give information about your particular circumstances.

If you believe that someone else is in danger of suicide and you have their contact information, contact your local law enforcement for immediate help. You can also encourage the person to contact suicide prevention hotline at 988 (call or text).

When you’re in crisis, research suggests that it may be helpful to reach out to others. When you connect with others, it can help you feel supported and give you a sense of belonging.

988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text) Call or text 988 to get help.

We wanted to remind you of the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) benefits with the Pastoral Institute that we provide to you. As our valued employee, your well-being is important to us, and we want to make sure you have access to the resources you need.

To access the EAP benefits, we have provided you with a link to an EAP Toolkit that has valuable resources available only to EAP clients. The toolkit includes videos and tools for you and your family to use. Additionally, the link includes instructions on how to make an appointment with the Pastoral Institute and use your benefit. VIEW EAP TOOLKIT

We want to assure you that your appointment will be completely confidential. We will not know who has used the benefit. We have attached a flyer that includes photos of all the clinicians available at the Pastoral Institute. You will see that they come from different ages and ethnicities. When you call the main number to make an appointment, the person who schedules the appointment will match you with a clinician that has the specialty that is needed.

If you have any questions about your benefit or need assistance in making an appointment, please contact Christy Scrivner at the Pastoral Institute. She will be happy to help. Her contact information is 706-649-6507 ext. 1243 or you can email her at cscrivner@pastoralinstitute.org.

Thank you for being a valuable member of our team, and we hope you take advantage of the EAP benefits available to you.

Workplace Safety

Employee Safety Spotlight

As part of Risk Management’s commitment to safety in the workplace, we would like to acknowledge employees who demonstrate safe behavior on the job. If you have an employee that has shown superior safety practices, please let us know and we will highlight them in the Insight Newsletter!

Please email the employee’s name, a photo, and how they showed safety practices to Lauren Vance, Risk Management.

Muscogee County Cooperative Extension's very own 4-H'er, Camille Lock, sophomore at Columbus High, won 1st place in the "Outdoor Recreation" project area at the 4-H Northwest District Project Achievement competition earlier last month. District Project Achievement is a competition available to students in grades 4th-12th where they choose a project area of interest, research the topic, write, and make a presentation. They are so proud of all of the work she put into creating her portfolio and her speech, "Why Bass Strike." She will now have the opportunity to compete at State Congress this summer! Congratulations Camille!
