| Urban Centre, the two-tower office complex at the intersection of West Shore and Kennedy boulevards, sold to Starwood Capital Group for $141 million. MORE |
M3, a supplier of cloud-based accounting software for hotels headquartered in Georgia, is investing $1.6 million to relocate its Tampa office within Avion Park across from Tampa International Airport. MORE

New York-based developer The Bromley Companies announced plans for
Midtown Tampa, a potential half-billion-dollar project at the southeast corner of 1-275 and North Dale Mabry Highway. Plans for the 1.8 million-square-foot site include 240,000 square feet of retail and entertainment space, 750,000 square feet of Class A office space, 400 condos or apartments and a 225-room boutique hotel. Taylor Morrison broke ground on the Cove at Rocky Point, a luxury residential waterfront community featuring townhomes and single-family homes on the former site of A La Carte Pavilion.

The AC Hotel Tampa Airport by Marriott International Inc. celebrated its official grand opening last month at MetWest International on Boy Scout Blvd. The hotel is designed to appeal to millennial travelers and features 175 European-inspired guest rooms, 2,000+ square feet of meeting space, the AC Lounge, fitness center, outdoor pool and bar.

| Stonehill consulting firm is opening an innovation studio at 1300 N. West Shore Blvd. The studio will incorporate a collaboration space for design-thinking sessions and will be home to Stonehill's Tampa-based employees. MORE |
Rental car company Silvercar opened its fifth Florida location last month at 5124 W. Cypress St. Travelers can now reserve Audi A4 and Q5 vehicles in Tampa through the Silvercar app. MORE

| The Tampa Bay Buccaneers recently announced the next phase of Raymond James Stadium renovations, focusing on upgrades to the East Stadium Club. The redesign will include 162 televisions, new bars at both ends of the club lounge and a new 8,000-square-foot premium sports bar in the East Atrium. MORE |

New Crosswalk & Sidewalks
Pedestrians have a new crosswalk on Spruce Street near Cigar City Brewing, which connects to the brewery's remote parking area.
Sidewalks are being installed on the north side of Laurel St. from Frontage Road to O'Brien St. and on the north side of Columbus Ave. from Himes Ave. to Dale Mabry Hwy. Construction is underway with plans for completion in June.
