What an incredible evening at the BNCC Young Professionals Networking Event held on April 24th, hosted by the beautiful Trail Hotel!
The night was filled with great conversations, creative cocktails, and some seriously delicious appetizers. One of the highlights? Our very own “Chopped”-style bartending challenge! Teams put their skills (and teamwork!) to the test by crafting unique cocktails using only the mystery ingredients in their basket—with just a little guidance from the pros behind the bar.
From start to finish, the focus was on collaboration, creativity, and of course—having a great time.
Congratulations to our winning team, who proudly took home the coveted Trail Hotel Bartending Belt! With their drink the “Fall Kentucky Peach” Think you’ve got what it takes? Get ready—teams will be back next year to compete for the title!
A huge thank you to Ryan & Amber and the whole team at The Trail Hotel for hosting such an amazing event, and to all of our Young Professionals who came out and made the night such a success. We can’t wait to do it again!

Tays Treats
The Bardstown-Nelson County Chamber of Commerce would like to recognize Tays Treats
as the Spotlight of the Month.
I started the business at 15 in high school. I wanted to break the mold and do something different with an entrepreneurial spirit. I built the food trailer by the time I was 16 and exponentially grew, adding a dirty soda bar. I was honored to be nominated and win Entrepreneur of the Year in 2023 and feel so supported by my community.
My mission is to provide everyone with a fun, sweet treat to brighten their day, and to continue growing my business throughout multiple counties.
