Welcome to our April Newsletter!

Happy April Fools Day!

I am excited to announce a new wellness provider - Hinge Health. Hinge provides physical therapy through a digital platform that you can access via your smart phone. After a brief assessment, Hinge connects you with a physical therapist who puts together a customized plan for you. You also work with a coach to help you stay on track. You complete your PT sessions on your own time in the location you choose. All of this is at no cost for MIIA/Blue Cross subscribers on an active plan. Learn more about Hinge Health below.

For employees not on a MIIA/Blue Cross plan, we have a Mobility Zoom program at the end of April which focuses on relieving back and neck pain and improving posture. This program is free to all employees, spouses and retirees.

As always, check out our Zoom Calendar for all upcoming wellness Zoom programs. These programs are open to all employees and retirees!
