Storm's endless stories and anecdotes open a window into the life of a Louisiana music legend with a career spanning over 70 years. Louisiana Poet Laureate Darrell Bourque explores the ancient Arabic ghazal form keyed to paintings by Shreveport artist Bill Gingles in his latest book, Migrare'.
