Pop-Up Classes

We are excited to welcome Pamela Forshay and Julia Rader to our team of instructors. They will be teaching our Sunday Pop-Up classes in April, and will be offering an Introduction to Kundalini class from 8:30-10:30AM Sunday April 7, 14, and 28th. Sunday Pop-Up classes are considered part of our regular group class offerings and are included in memberships and class package offers.

Teacher Training

We are excited to be offering our Registered Yoga Teacher Training (Yoga Alliance 200-hour) twice this coming year. The first opportunity for this life-charging & changing experience is coming up as a one month-long intensive.

The Summer-Intensive Session will take place from

July 8-Aug. 8, 2019.

Our Fall/Winter Session will run from Oct. 11, 2019 - Feb. 16, 2020.
