Happy spring! After the wild snows we are glad for some spring weather. Since our last newsletter much has happened; including the gallery's April 1 anniversary as we enter our sixth year in adorable Historic Downtown Poulsbo! We are lucky to have such a splendid view of the Magnolia tree across the street.

Carrie Goller has returned from snowbirding south with fresh art produced in her new Rolling Studio/RV, and Max Hayslette has been working hard to keep up with commissions, including a stunning twelve-foot Olympic mountainscape triptych (see above). He is also hard at work on others! Speaking of Max, we are co-planning a 90th birthday bash for him with Martha & Mary, so stay tuned and save the date - Saturday, June 29. Sophie Frieda continues to teach and produce her richly hued floratanical oils and Gabriel Lipper is working on his beautiful Insomnia series (he will be here in August as featured artist).

Girl's Night Out is an annual event where shops downtown stay open with special deals (Carrie Goller Gallery will offer a special BOGO on collectible mini prints), gifts & prizes, snacks & drinks! It's a super fun night to get out with your friends and support local businesses.

Custom Jewelry by Charles Goller
Artist Charles Goller creates intricately wire-wrapped jewelry from precious gemstones and crystals which he selectively imports world-wide. He also does specialized custom work. He has worked hard to establish trusting connections and cares deeply about his sources; many in small villages around the globe, where the gems are mined by the villagers and contribute to the majority of their income. Recently Charles has been invited to a museum and several galleries in Sedona, AZ and Santa Fe, NM and is also supplying a New Zealand store with his work. Ever-expanding his skills, currently Charles is becoming an engraver, which keeps him rather busy. However, he still does accept commissions.
