Don't Let Your Staff Reach Retirement Unprepared
As an employer, you keep an eye on your organization's bottom line and all the factors that contribute to it. One of the highest costs in many organizations comes from employees who have reached retirement age, but are financially unable to retire. Employees who are past retirement age might have higher salaries and more health care needs.

The inability to retire can be caused by any number of situations, but one of the most common and detrimental, both to employees and your organization, is a lack of financial preparedness for life in retirement. Helping your employees plan for retirement can be good for your employees, and your organization, and Ohio Deferred Compensation can help.

Our Retirement Planning Specialists (RPS) are here to assist participants in preparing for retirement. To point them in the right direction, you can send your employees to Ohio457.org or tell them to call our Service Center at 877.644.6457 to speak to an RPS or Account Executive. If you would like to do more to help your employees save for retirement, give us a call or visit our website to see how Ohio DC can help. Let us help prepare your employees to retire.
