April Yoga & Spin Drop-In
JAM PACKED SCHEDULE FOR APRIL.

Even the contractor, John, managed to swing in for some yoga fun while he built the yoga cabinets upstairs.

  • Different Instructors: Cat O'Conner & Kelly P teaching subbing some reg classes. Come test these out.

Daisy’s (Throwback) Beats
(Cardio, Strength & Core)

Date: Tuesday April 19th or Thursday April 21st
Time: 5:30pm
Instructor: Daisy
Description: Spring has sprung and it's time to ease back into a fitness routine that incorporates a mix of cardio with a strength component using body weight and light weights with Daisy. Daisy will finish off the hour with moves focused to help improve your core and balance along with some stretching. Be prepared to engage not only your body, but your senses too including the scent of woods with throwback beats of some of your favourite tunes

Virginia's Cardio & Strength Sweat
(Cardio, Strength & Core)

Date: Thursday April 28th
Time: 5:30pm
Instructor: Virginia
Description: Sweat up a storm with some old fashion cardio (low impact) and some strength/core using your body weight and light weights. All levels. Fun sweat. Bring a towel and a can do attitude.

Spring Trail Run or Trail Hike
8 Week Session
IT IS BACK!

Join us for an 8 week session for the Spring 2022 Trail Run or Trail Hike Classes in Horseshoe area offered by Vicki Tree Yoga and Wellness. 

INFORMATION:

DATE: Thursday, May 5th - June 23rd, 2022 (8 weeks)

TIME: 6pm - 7pm

COST: $106.50 plus hst ($120)

CLASS OPTIONS:
  • Trail Run/Walk Class (Thursday evening 6pm - 7pm)
  • Power Hike Class (Thursday evening 6pm - 7pm)


DESCRIPTION OF EACH CLASS:
Trail Run/Walk Class: No need to worry about your speed. The class will divide into 3 groups with various distances (2.5km - 6km options) and speeds. As long as you can run/walk 3km, this class is for you. 

Power Hike Class: Walking only at a pace that suits your needs with the focus of getting your heart rate up and moving your body at a comfortable but challenging pace. The class will divide into 2 groups to accommodate various speeds and will cover 3 - 4km each week. All levels welcome. 

LOCATION:
Each week we will send you an email on Sunday to let you know where we will be running that Thursday. We run/walk in rain or shine....unless huge winds. The class will always be ON! Locations will be in the Horseshoe Valley area.

INSTRUCTORS:
Virginia Gingras & Erin Jennings with many "helpers" out each week.
