Update: Remote Test Administration Certification Now in Catalog

Agency administrators no longer need to make a request for staff to be enrolled in the PA Remote Test Administration Certification courses for BEST Plus 2.0, CASAS, and TABE 11-12. Instead, staff will self-enroll in these sessions in the PD Portal catalog. Participants will have 45 days from the date they enroll to complete the remote test administration certification process. To participate in the remote certification, staff must be current in their training to administer the BEST Plus 2.0, CASAS eTests, or TABE 11-12 test in person. This prerequisite will be checked when a staff member enrolls in the remote certification course.
Updated TABE Examiner Instructions for Remote Testing in PA

The test publisher recently updated the TABE Examiner Instructions for Remote Testing. This document was revised for Pennsylvania-specific guidance and is now posted on the PA Adult Education Resources website.
