EYE ON DEVELOPMENT
construction_hard_hat.jpg
As we make our way around the Township, we often come across construction sites. Usually, it is a new home or a new store where a vacant space used to be. But then there are those larger projects that catch your eye. Rest assured, before the shovel hits the ground, the project has gone through an extensive land development process. If you have ever wondered how the land development process works, or what might be happening on a certain parcel of land, please visit the Township website "Eye on Development" page. Or, if you want to get more involved, attend a Planning Commission Meeting. These meetings are the 4th Wednesday of every month, open to the public and agendas are posted in advance. The Planning Commission is the first stop of the Land Development Process. You can also contact the Township Office. We would be happy to provide information on projects currently submitted and being considered.
