Kelly's Friday 6am class will now be called FITPilates

FITPilates is a full body toning class accomplished through low impact exercises, stretching, and the mind-body connection. This full body workout focuses on proper form and correct alignment to effectively work a single muscle group through integration of spinal, shoulder, and hip stability. This class will help achieve beautiful definition, a strong core and an overall healthy and fit physique.” 
Props: small towel/pillow, light weights, Pilates ring, resistance band, Pilates ball, or class can also be done without any equipment as well.

MEET ROBYN

Hometown-
Hudson, MA

Tell us a little bit about yourself-
My husband and I just recently bought a home in Hudson a little over a year ago, and have a beautiful 10 month old son named Giovanni. I first started dancing when I was three years old, and continued to dance throughout my college years. During college, I was a member of the UNH Dance Team in college, and a few years after graduating got my license to teach Zumba classes. Dance has always been a huge part of my life, and I am hoping to make it to the studio in Natick soon to try out some new classes!

Favorite color- Red

Favorite thing about DanceFIT?
The variety of classes to choose from along with the flexibility of the virtual classes. The virtual classes allow me to squeeze in a workout early in the morning or after my son goes to bed at night. 

What do you look forward to most about spring and summer?
The SUN, and taking my son to the beach for the first time!

Favorite fitness accessory?
Booty bands :) and sliders
