April News - An Easter Treat |

I called this newsletter An Easter Treat not only because it's Easter tomorrow but because both of my children will be visiting in the next few days - which is a treat for me! Apologies in advance if some of my responses are delayed next week.

It was an energising day yesterday out and about in the trishaws.. in the morning for our Trishaw Trade Trail - an oldie but goodie. And in the evening for a Bubbly Birthday Trishaw Ride.. a mix of history and murals for a family celebrating a "big" birthday.. complete with champagne bucket and bubbles.. just because!

Most recently it's been "I need to move into an apartment half the size and clear mine by the end of the month" - which is a cross between the two!

.. in our car park and with his still blue eyes and baby teeth, the vet estimates him at 4 to 5 weeks old.
Luckily a kind friend has offered to foster him and he is eating well, using the litter tray and learning to hunt & jump.

He's been de-wormed, is flea-free but too young just now for a vaccination or neutering. He's a boy.. with a short tail, an absolute cutie who is easy going and still very tiny.
If you couldn't find a chocolate bunny this Easter how about a real-life kitten? He needs to go to someone who understands that a cat is a 20 year commitment and will be willing to take him if they leave Penang. If that's you, please contact us on +60164570221.

Interested to know why no one should be sleeping? Here's the back story.. including a link to a soulful version by Aretha Franklin who stood in for Pavarotti at short notice when he was ill - and which made all the hairs on my neck stand on end in the last few notes!! She apparently sung it without practicing with the orchestra and choir which is probably why she sounds a bit nervous at the start!
