Charley's Steak House Moving to High Traffic Corner

Charley’s Steak House is closing its longtime home on Cypress Street and is relocating across from International Plaza. Signage wrapped around the property on the corner of North Westshore Boulevard and Spruce Street announces Charley’s will open on the spot in 2025. Charley’s also has restaurants in Orlando and Celebration. MORE

Bike Westshore Events a Success

Last month was Florida Bike Month and to celebrate the Westshore Alliance facilitated two bicycle rides within the District. Both rides were led by a professional group facilitator. Participants learned how to cycle in an urban environment while discovering safety tips on how to get around Westshore. Routes showcased landmarks and points of interest. Thanks to Pedal Power Promoters for assisting with the first 'Bike Westshore' series! Photos below.
