Honoring the Memory of Jane Burley
Jane moved to Grand Marais in the early 60's because of the Art Colony. She loved taking classes from Byron and Birney and was very involved in the life of the Art Colony. She was a faithful participant and supporter. In accordance with Jane's wishes in lieu of flowers to honor her memory, memorials to Grand Marais Art Colony or Johnson Heritage Post Art Gallery are appreciated.

The Art Colony has set up the M. Jane Burley Memorial to accept contributions in her honor.
