Business of the Month
At Canandaigua National Bank & Trust (CNB) we've been building a rich heritage in the Greater Rochester and Finger Lakes regions of upstate New York since 1887. Remarkably, in that time we've only had five bank presidents, all from the same family. It's just one example of our stability, continuity, and long-term commitment. Our Penfield Office was opened in March of 2004 and will be celebrating its 15th anniversary this year!

At CNB, we focus on what's important. It's all about building, growing, and retaining relationships. For us, each customer relationship is an extension of our CNB family. We want you to feel at home when you enjoy our truly unique and personal banking experience, including sit-down tellers, free coffee, coin-counting machines, and Wi-Fi at our branches.... Read more

When Spring Returns ... So Does Welcome Brigade
The Welcome Brigade Bag is a reuseable bag distributed by Welcome Brigade Committee members to residents and businesses that are new to the Penfield community. Each year, approximately 30 businesses and 450 residents join the Penfield community. This is your chance to attract new business!   Promoting your business through the Penfield Welcome Brigade Bag is an opportunity available only to PBC Members.

The Welcome Brigade Bag provides a great opportunity to promote your business' products and/or services to new community members.  Though brochures about your business can certainly be added, consider an item that will draw attention to your business: discount coupons, magnets, business cards with a piece of candy attached, pens, etc.

This is an ongoing project through the PBC and businesses are welcome to join in at any time. Items can be dropped off at the Edward Jones Office located at  2160 Penfield Road Suite 8 Penfield, NY 14526

Questions??  Send an email to  info@penfieldbusiness.org

Michael Quinn is a licensed Associate Real Estate Broker with ReMax and a licensed Home Inspector. He is able to inspect your home when it is listed for sale. This gives you the economic advantage as a seller!

You can elect to do repairs, get quotes for yourself in case the buyer asks, or simply do nothing and disclose the item on the Property Condition Disclosure form. This state form is required to be filled out when you sell a home, and shared with a purchaser and their agent.

Since nearly every buyer elects to do a home inspection once a purchase contract is signed, it only makes sense to educate yourself about your own home, before the buyer's home inspection report finds any deficiencies that inadvertently were not disclosed.

The net effect is a quicker sale, less negotiations and peace of mind during the entire process! For more information, call Mike at (585) 208-7562 or email him .
