HIGHLIGHTS

Pacific Institute Recognizes Earth Day

Water is at the center of the climate challenge. And increasingly, it is where the impacts of climate change are being felt first, and most deeply.

This Earth Day at the Pacific Institute, we reflected on some of our recent work. One thing remains constant: water resilience is about building systems that are equitable, sustainable, and built to last.

Without Water, We Are Nothing

We all need safe, clean water. Water impacts everything, including ecosystems, business and industry, peace, health, and human rights.

But environmental, social, economic, and political stresses and shocks worldwide have led to a global water crisis. That’s why the Pacific Institute researches innovative solutions, influences policy, and convenes partners to implement solutions that strengthen communities toward water resilience.

When you support the Pacific Institute, you are investing in a healthier, more resilient, and equitable world for generations to come. Thank you!
