The Legacy of Ranching, a comprehensive exhibit covering some of Texas' most historic ranching operations and featuring a historical perspective of the Texas A&M University Department of Animal Science, is on display at the George Bush Presidential Library and Museum through Jan. 7.

Belk and Boykin receive Carpenter Award

Aeriel Belk and Courtney Boykin, M.S. students in the Meat Science Section in the Department of Animal Science at Texas A&M University, received the Z.L. Carpenter Outstanding Graduate Student Award in Meat Science.

We will again host one of the PORK 101™ workshops on May 23-25, 2017. The program is hosted by the  American Meat Science Association  (AMSA) in cooperation with the National Pork Board and sponsored by Merck Animal Health.
