Research Feature - Dr. Raymond Reilly

Dr. Raymond Reilly was one of our Research Grant recipients in 2019. Since then, Dr. Raymond Reilly and his team have recently obtained some promising results from his research.

His research project aims to develop a new radiation treatment for glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) called a radiation nanomedicine that could be infused at surgery into the brain to eradicate any tumour that the surgeon is unable to remove.

Lab Challenge

We would like to challenge your lab to participate in our Brain Tumour Walk this year. We feel it is so important not only for the researchers to be surrounded in those they are working to find answers for, yet so important to let those affected in your communities see, that you are there working to find answers for them.

As your team registers, we encourage you to send a photo of your lab to sruypers@braintumour.ca to feature in our next research newsletter. This will allow all labs to see who is involved and hopefully inspire them to do the same. Heroes supporting Heroes.
