Spring Virtual MOVEment Begins Today
It's not too late to register for the nine-week Spring Virtual MOVEment! This virtual health and wellness program features nine weeks of health and wellness challenges. Each week there will be three challenges to complete. Points will be awarded for completed challenges, and prizes will be given at different point levels. Prizes include Special Olympics Iowa branded items, health and wellness items, Special Olympics Iowa apparel and a special invite to an event at the end of the SOIA suspension.
