"The Ananda Seva Ohio meditation group remains active. A new round of public lectures is planned for this spring. Regular Saturday meditation for new members continues at 10:00 AM ET with music and a discussion of a spiritual topic. Recently we have been discussing neohumanism. "

Retreat at Dharmalaya



Acharyas and tattvikas gathered in person last month for a 5- day intensive retreat. They focused on their spiritual practices, inspiration and plans for realizing Baba's mission. Te retreat was supported by folks in the local community who cooked amazing meals for the retreat. Looking forward to our May Weekend Retreat - open to all!

Ottawa

New on the PROUT Café

The latest initiative by the PROUTcafé is called PROUT Bites. These are short videos that illustrate a bite-sized PROUT concept. Check out the PROUT Café for interviews and other PROUT snacks.

Planning is under way for the summer PROUT Gathering at Dharmalaya in Eugene, Oregon. The 2nd of 3 gatherings planned this year will take place in June. Dates to be announced very soon. All PROUTists from all groups and organizations are encouraged to attend.

Philosophy Study Group

Please join us every two weeks on Zoom to discuss Shrii Shrii Anandamurti's writings. We choose three to four discourses, currently from "Problems of the Day", and discuss these in a congenial setting. Participants are free to introduce what they found relevant, interesting, and meaningful which will deepen our understanding of the material and make them relevant to the progress of our spiritual lives. One must have access to the Electronic Edition compendium ofShrii Shrii Anandamurti's writings in English. We would love to have you join your brothers and sisters for an enjoyable gathering!

Ananda Seva Eugene is happy to announce they have a new Seva Coordinator!

Dacé Whiteley has agreed to head up local Seva projects in Eugene. She works with Community Supported Shelters,

a nonprofit AS Eugene has supported in the past.

The Dharmalaya community is excited about making a difference in the local community by working on some hands-on projects with Dacé.

PROUT offers a new theory of history in this 2 part series, one that provides empowering insights for those who want to understand historical dynamics so they can revitalize the progressive movement of society. In this time of planetary transformation, the insights provided by PROUT’s theory of history are particularly valuable. In this short survey course, we will cover the topics of collective psychology, the systaltic movement of societies, the rotation of social classes in position of social dominance, the concept of progress, and the methodology for bringing evolutionary and revolutionary change. We will also look at the six factors that are essential to sustaining civilizations.
