I am pleased to introduce Andrew Roberts as the new CEO of High Watch. Andrew brings a unique combination of leadership, strategic vision, and an impressive track record of driving growth and innovation across multiple sectors.
Andrew’s journey includes transformative leadership roles at Triangle2 Solutions, where he consulted for non-profits and healthcare organizations, significantly boosting their growth and impact. As the COO/EVP at Volunteers of America Greater Ohio & Indiana, he led the organization through its best years, operationally and financially, while serving over 19,000 people in FY2020 alone. His tenure as President/CEO of the YMCA of Central Ohio showcased his ability to grow operating revenue by 25% in three years, alongside impactful community service expansions.
Andrew possesses an impressive academic background, with an MBA from Harvard University and a Master of Management in Human Services from Brandeis University. These noteworthy accomplishments attest to his exceptional capacity to lead, innovate, and effect positive change in the communities we serve.
Andrew has extensive experience leading organizations through strategic planning, financial management, and community impact initiatives. He is the perfect candidate to guide High Watch into its next phase. His dedication to creating a performance-oriented, accountable culture and passion for impactful community service perfectly aligns with our mission and values.
