Economic Development Investor Spotlight:
Downtown Development Authority of Manistee
| | |
The Downtown Development Authority (DDA) of Manistee supports downtown revitalization through infrastructure investment, beautification, and partnerships that keep the City’s core vibrant, welcoming, and business-friendly.
In collaboration with the Manistee Area Chamber of Commerce and regional partners, the DDA helps coordinate growth and investment, strengthening both existing businesses and new opportunities across the community.
"The Manistee Downtown Development Authority has partnered with the Manistee Area Chamber of Commerce Economic Development program for several years. This collaboration has been valuable and impactful for the DDA, the City of Manistee, and Manistee County. Serving as a ‘one stop shop’ for investors, developers, and property owners helps position the area to be proactive and attract new opportunities. It also highlights the welcoming atmosphere and strong community pride found throughout Manistee County. It is truly a pleasure to work with the team at the Economic Development Council"
