Greetings to our very supportive and loyal friends and clients!
Thirty years ago, after working in the food and beverage industry for two decades, Kathy and I envisioned opening our own catering/restaurant business. As newlyweds in 1997, expecting our first son, we opened Skyline Catering, primarily serving the corporate sector of downtown Milwaukee. With our focus on timeliness, fresh food and reasonable pricing, we took off with consistent annual growth while delivering breakfast, lunch, dinner and appetizer events to over 300 different clients annually.
Little did we know in the year 2000, when we welcomed a beautiful little girl, Elyse, into our lives, that she would become the next generation and successor to Skyline. And now in 2026, having just completed the purchase of the Bucyrus Club in downtown South Milwaukee, we usher in a new era.

We still cater not only all over Southeast Wisconsin, but also host exquisite, unique and full-service events of 10 to 500 people in our own 27,000 square-foot building – the historic Bucyrius Club, built in 1893 and fully renovated in 2021.
As a family and business, we focus intently on each client as if they were our only one. Our brides and grooms become part of the family, and our repeat customers know they can count on us for any and all of their different catering needs. We foster a culture amongst our staff that involves mentoring, teamwork and genuine concern for every aspect of food and service. When clients ask whether or not we can do things, be it with set-up, menus or deliveries, the answer is always yes!
Kathy, I, and our children (Elyse, Carson & Rylan) want to thank you all for your continued support and blessings as we offer the most inclusive and focused event venue/catering/restaurant in Southeast Wisconsin. For 30 years our mission has been one of 100% satisfaction. Now, with the second generation and many more years to come at this beautiful venue, you can rest assured our philosophy will continue unchanged, and you can have comfort and peace of mind when Skyline Catering and the Bucyrus Club handle your catering and events.
