Ronnie's Story - Music to My Ears

Beware! There's Such a Thing as Using Too Much Nasal Spray


Omid Mehdizadeh, MD, our otolaryngologist and laryngologist, was recently interviewed by HuffPost regarding congestion and nasal spray use. “If you use a medication like this chronically, as soon as you remove it, the tissue is now dependent on the chemical. That’s what creates rebound congestion that could be even worse than the initial swelling was," Dr. Mehdizadeh said.
