Fuel Taxes
Annual carrier reports for Arkansas were due July 15th. If Arkansas is on your IRP
tag and you received an annual carrier report from them, the report will need to be filed.
Our fee to file is $25.
Fuel taxes for 1st quarter 2020 are due to the state by April 30th. Our office will
need
your trip sheets or log books with fuel receipts for January 1st – March 31st 2020. Your
paperwork must be in our office by April 15th to avoid late penalties. If fuel taxes are filed
after April 31st, the state will charge a $50 late penalty or 10% of what is owed,
whichever amount is greater. Keep in mind that an additional 1% of your total owed is
applied to every month your fuel taxes are late!
You may send your information via fax, email or mail. When sending your fuel tax
information through fax or email, please call us to be sure we did receive it.
