Tina will discuss her D.I.E.T. (daily individual eating track) system to identify your personal goals for your track and understanding your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate).
Healthy cooking doesn't need to be hard! Tina also will prepare delicious Cauliflower & Turkey Bacon Soup and Almond Protein bread for the class to taste!
