Unity Landscape Design/Build's  c rews are out doing Spring property maintenance and readying our clients' gardens for the season as well as starting construction on new projects. We are moving full speed ahead with our landscape design center and welcome all to stop in and talk to a designer about your upcoming projects, review samples of natural stone, brick and concrete products for your new walkways, patios and walls, and see slideshows of many of the projects we have installed over the years. In the drainage solutions area of our design center, there are rain barrels, pervious hardscape systems, drainage products and erosion control fabrics to keep your soil in place and water directed as desired. Low voltage lighting and irrigation system components are on display so you can get an up close look at the craftsmanship and quality of the products incorporated into Unity projects.

Spring planting season has also begun here at  Unity Church Hill Farm . We are prepping beds and  planting spring crops including peas,  onions,  kale, broccoli, lettuce, bok
tomato seedlings
choy,  and m ore. For the past month, we've been busy in the greenhouse seeding and growing out transplants both for use at our farm and available for purchase at the nursery. It is still too cool to plant summer crops out in the garden, but we have seedlings of tomatoes, peppers, eggplant and more growing in the greenhouse in preparation for the summer season. We were able to get a head start on
spring high tunnel
the  growing  season in our high  tunnel. About three weeks ago, we planted radish, lettuce, arugula, bok choy and more, and hope to begin harvesting some in a couple of weeks. Sign up for our Farm Notes email list to receive harvest updates.
