Dear Friends,

This past month we remembered the victims of the Holocaust. We honored those who died defending Israel and we celebrated 70 years of an independent Jewish state in our historic homeland. Celebrating Yom HaShoah, Yom HaZikaron, and Yom Ha’atzmaut connects us to the homeland of the Jewish people, the state of Israel.

We are filled with pride at Israel’s incredible accomplishments over her 70 years of independence—not just surviving existential threats, but thriving on the world stage in business, technology, art and culture.

We are pleased to share a video displaying this pride. Students on 160 college campuses across the country hosted “birthday parties” for Israel to #Celebrate70. We also are sharing a video about Israel’s accomplishments from 21see, part of the fantastic Israel21c media group.

Enjoy reading the Jewish Journal’s insightful interview with Adam, which touches on how Israeliness is transforming Jewish life and culture in America.

Lastly, we're proud to feature Israel on Campus Coalition (ICC), an extraordinary partner that inspires American college students to see Israel as a source of pride and empowers young people to stand up for Israel on campus.

We thank you for all that you do to advance our shared mission — and look forward to partnering with you in the months ahead to strengthen the State of Israel and the Jewish people.

With sincere love and admiration for Israel and the Jewish people,

Gila and Adam Milstein

Celebrate70
Happy Birthday Israel! 70 years is a major accomplishment.

MFF is proud to support an initiative led by AEPi called Celebrate70 . This month, campuses across the nation celebrated Israel's birthday. Millions of college students across the country will engage with a coalition of pro-Israel organizations to mark the Jewish State’s 70th birthday with Tel Aviv beach party-style celebrations at more than 160 university campuses across the U.S. and Canada.

The events were from April 2-26 and showcased the energy and pride coming from the Jewish state and its supporters, engaging and inspiring students who have little or no knowledge of Israel. The events provided a powerful counter-narrative to a campus discourse in recent years that has been driven by Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions (BDS) resolutions, anti-Semitic assaults and displays, and the suppression of pro-Israel student’s free speech.
