Mickey Brokas has over 40 years’ experience in the Electrical Industry, over 15 years in electrical distribution, lighting retrofitting, and rep agency sales. He has been an Atlanta, GA native for the past 37 years, but started in the industry in 1978 out of New Orleans. He is married to Nora, and has a daughter, Missy. Aside from being an impressive salesperson, Mickey is an avid skier and lake surfer. Thank you, Mickey, for being one of this month’s champions.

Ryan Fern
NextGen Lighting
Ryan has been with Next Generation Lighting for almost 10 years. He started with the agency fresh out of college in 2013, and has focused his sales skills on the lighting industry. Ryan began as an inside salesperson, and later moved on to the quotations team in 2015, and now is a champion in outside sales for the past 4 years. He has mastered his sales skills with Distributors, Contractors, ESCO’s, Engineers, and end users. Aside from being a top salesperson, Ryan is an avid outdoorsman. Fishing and other water sports are his passion, which is expected of every homegrown Floridian. We are very happy to have Ryan on our team, and we celebrate you as one of this month’s champions.

Grant Williams
NextGen Lighting
Grant has been with Next Generation Lighting since May 2019, but his sales experience began in 2012 as Sales and Marketing Support. In only a brief time he proved his skills extended past just support. In just two years Grant became a Regional Sales Manager. He has grown into a strong business developer in multiple states in the Southeast developing partnerships with manufacturers, distributors, ESCO’s and contractors in each territory. With a proven sales record showing a tangible increase in sales every year, Jademar is proud to count him among this month’s sales champions.
