Congratulations to Keya Smith on Celebrating 10-Years With SRC!

At Senior Resource Center, Inc-we strive to give everyone who enters our office a, "Wow!" experience. That's the goal.

When it comes to identifying the catalyst behind what, and who, provides that, "Wow!" experience at SRC-- look no further than Keya Smith. Keya is our Senior Benefits Coordinator and she is the best in the business (if you ask us)!

As in any successful organization, long term staff provides the backbone. Last month we celebrated 15 years for our office manager Joanne Zahn, this month, we honor Keya-- our Senior Benefits Coordinator. Keya joined SRC in 2011 as a Benefits Coordinator after spending many years in the long-term care facility world and was promoted in 2019 to Senior Benefits Coordinator. Keya has continued to be a leader and an amazing resource to so many families—often in their most trying times. Keya has the ability to make complicated situations and scenarios more simple and allows the families she works with the ability to focus on their loved ones instead of the complex world of MassHealth. Put simply, Keya is our rock star!

Congratulations to Keya and thank you for your expertise, for positively impacting so many families and for all the "Wow's!" you have planned for the NEXT ten years!
The Future of Everything:
 10-Long Term Predictions for Boston
Beginning in the year 2000 SRC was an innovator in bringing together multiple professional disciples (legal, financial and care management) to help our seniors. The Pandemic of 2020 will eventually change everything. SRC will change along with and for you, our clients and their families. See these two articles “Nursing Homes Will Become Obsolete” and “Becoming Your Own Nurse” as examples of not so futuristic probabilities. SRC was there for you in 2000-2010-2020 and will be there for you going forward!
