In winter, we sometimes see those hardy souls bundled up on a jog, breath making icicles in the frosty air. From the heated comfort of our cars, we call those people crazy. We, of course, are waiting for a more civilized temperature, so by the time April rolls around, we’re antsy to get out there, ourselves! This month, we have a foam rolling workshop that’s great for runners, walkers, cyclists ... really, anybody who can handle it! We also have a lot of news and info to share—so let’s roll!
