On March 2, 2019, WV Central held their 50
th
annual meeting. It was reported to the membership that assets have now grown to over $187 Million with loans to members totaling $139 Million. Membership has increased to 20,000.
Members in attendance voted to elect Jude Wetzel, Kurt Klettner and Michael Seese to the board of directors. These three join Vicki Thorpe, Ken Watts, John Rockhold, Phil Postlewait, Doug Reeder and Vijay Shah forming your board of directors for 2019.
The board elected Doug Reeder to serve as Chairman of the board, Vijay Shah as Vice Chairman, Jude Wetzel as Secretary and Ken Watts as Treasurer.
