Chamber Welcomes Three New Members

We’re excited to welcome The Parker Law Office, PLLC to our community and Chamber! Attorney Trey Barnette, a Farmville native, is bringing his expertise in residential real estate law to Pitt County, opening a second location of The Parker Law Group, originally established in Rocky Mount.

Trey’s journey has taken him near and far, but his love for ENC brought him back home. He believes in reinvesting in his community and is eager to build new connections, seeing his work as more than just business - it’s about being part of something bigger, building relationships, and finding fulfillment in helping others.

Specializing in residential real estate law, Trey focuses on making the closing process as smooth and stress-free as possible for his clients. He values approachability, preferring to see himself as a “normal guy who practices law” rather than leading with the title of attorney. His favorite part of the job? Helping clients navigate what can be a complex and overwhelming process with ease. “I probably would have been a good teacher,” he says, “so I enjoy making people feel more comfortable, answering their questions, and being a ‘not stuffy’ person.”

For Trey, closings aren’t just about paperwork—they’re an opportunity to connect with people. He enjoys sitting down with clients, answering their questions, and making the experience feel more personal and less intimidating. His goal is to turn what many see as a daunting process into a positive, even enjoyable, moment for his clients. For anyone who has ever been a part of a home buying or selling process, you know the importance of having someone knowledgeable and willing to talk you through such a tedious process. Get in touch with Trey to see how he can support you by emailing him here.

A warm welcome goes to another new face in Town - Glo Medspa! Glo Medspa is bringing its top-tier aesthetic and wellness services to Winterville! With over 20 years of expertise at their flagship location in Wilmington, they’re excited to offer the same high-quality care right here in our community.

Conveniently located in the beautiful new Lowes Foods shopping center, Glo Medspa makes self-care accessible with complimentary consultations, student specials, and extended hours—staying open until 7pm three nights a week and Saturdays until 3pm, to accommodate busy schedules. Their extensive range of services includes injectables, facials, laser hair removal, chemical peels, CoolSculpting, and more.

Backed by a highly experienced team with backgrounds in aesthetics, customer service, and medical care, Glo Medspa is committed to helping clients look and feel their best. They’re also eager to connect and build relationships with local businesses, support the community, and encourage Winterville to prioritize self-care!

Another new member this month, and already a favorite new lunch spot in town, is Burrito Shak! This fast-casual spot brings a taste of Baja with fresh tacos, burritos, hearty nachos, and crisp salads, offering something new to try every visit. With a laid-back, coastal-inspired atmosphere and convenient online ordering for pickup and delivery, Burrito Shak makes it easy to grab a delicious meal on the go. Plus, their kid-friendly options make dining out simple for the whole family.

Burrito Shak started in Hampstead, NC, in 2015, quickly gaining a loyal following and expanding through franchising. Today, the brand has 14 locations in North Carolina and one in Arizona, with more on the way! The Winterville location is owned by a dedicated team with deep ties to the brand—Chase Riker, one of the very first Burrito Shak employees, worked his way up from the original location to co-owning and operating multiple restaurants.

Located in the new Lowes Foods Shopping Center off S. Memorial Drive, Burrito Shak is open seven days a week from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Stop by to experience their fresh, flavorful menu and welcoming atmosphere - we're excited to have them in the Winterville community! See their menu and order online here.
