April at Greenville blossomed with spring energy and a bloom of PTA sponsored programs!

Earth Day festivities put the “green” in Greenville, with the Greenburgh Nature Center bringing workshops to each classroom on signs of spring, pollinators, animal adaptations, birds of prey and more!

April saw the return of immensely talented storyteller LuAnn Adams to the kindergarten classrooms, as part of early literacy programming. See her in action in this video as she shares the story of “How the Parrot Got Beautiful Colors on Her Wings.”

We also honored Arab American Heritage Month by celebrating inspirational leaders and pioneers of the community.

A huge thanks for the generosity of Greenville families and our committee chairs for making the Staff Appreciation Luncheon a delicious success! The care that went into making it special was recognized by our teachers, who said: "THANK YOU to the PTA for the most delicious and beautiful luncheon. All of the efforts and hard work is so appreciated."

We can’t wait for all the traditions that May will bring back to Greenville, including the school play, book fair, Spring Fete, and so much more!
