Photos from March 27 Highland Tour
Last weekend's event was a great success starting at High Marques Motors in Morristown. 154 teams donated to the Highland Coalition in order to obtain a copy of the route instructions and series of MP3 audio files describing in detail the route and all of the historic and natural wonders encountered along the 67 mile drive. 89 cars turned out to run the event on Sunday. The tour passed not only Fairy Tale Forest and Gingerbread Castle but included a stop at the Franklin Mineral Museum which opened just for us. The event ended at the Irish Cottage Inn in Franklin, NJ. A narrated version of the Route Instructions can be found on the Motorsport Club of North Jersey Website. SCCA Women on Track
RoadRally Initiative
SCCA Women on Track (WoT), a part of the SCCA Foundation, announced their latest Women on Track Initiative to expand participation of women in all facets of SCCA programs as participants, volunteers, leaders, or supporters, during the SCCA National Convention.

With the full support of the SCCA RoadRally Board, the SCCA WoT announced the 2022 RoadRally Scholarship for an all-women team to attend the 2022 United States Road Rally Challenge (USRRC). The Detroit Region hosts it over the November 4-6th Weekend. We will support two all-women teams at $300 per team.

We applaud the SCCA Northern New Jersey Region (NNJR Region), declaring during the Convention that they would offer RoadRally Scholarship free entry fees for all-women teams, with at least one team member holding a full SCCA membership – from any Region. The Scholarship is in the form of a free entry for all teams that qualify. Contact Peter Schneider for details and a free entry.
