Mindfulness & Self-Care Beginner

This 8-week class is for individuals who have not yet taken Diane's class before.
Participants will learn how to practice mindfulness and self-care while doing everyday things, i.e., listening to music, exercising, walking, and resting periods. Each consecutive week introduces new techniques and tools.

This 6-week series is for individuals who have participated in Diane's class before and are ready to move up to the next level. It's a deep dive and will help participants solidify skills learned.
This class meets on April 12 and April 26 only in April.
Registration is required to continue with this class series.

Self Care Through Lymphatic Health

Join Solla to learn self-massage for lymphatic drainage by using light pressure and gentle movements.
This workshop can help most people, but it will benefit individuals experiencing lymphedema caused by cancer treatment. Lymphatic drainage helps improve the immune system and reduce stress.

April is National Neck & Head Cancer Awareness Month, and Dr. Marc Botnick, board-certified radiation oncologist with extensive experience managing all cancer types but specifically focused on prostate, breast, gastrointestinal, gynecologic, and head and neck will discuss oral, neck and head cancers. He will share expert info and answer your questions.

With the recent rollout of a third COVID-19 vaccine, cancer patients may wonder if one is better than the other, especially since they employ two different technology types.
Cancer patients shouldn’t feel like they have to be choosy. Dr. Mashiul Chowdhury, Infectious Disease Program Specialist at CTCA, says all current vaccines are safe and effective, and cancer patients should get whatever vaccine they can when they can.
